Settlement of bills: Advance has to be paid, at check-in. bills must be settled on presentation, in cash or credit cards. We regret our inability to accept any personal cheques or debit cards against payment. We, however accept most reputed Credit Cards (i.e. Master, Visa and Amex) as well as Travelers Cheques. 3% charged extra for all credit card payments.
Once the payment is made, no refunds shall be entertained, unless there is a genuine reason.
Departure: Check out time is 10:00 am. If you wish to extend your stay or check out late, please contact the Reception.
Room allotment: Allotment of rooms is purely on management discretion.
Guest Belongings: Guest is particularly requested to lock the door of their room when going out or when going to bed, and not to leave the key in the keyhole. The management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of resident's goods or for other property not entrusted to the management, or for the damage thereof, whether due to neglect of Resort staff or agents or any other cause whatsoever, including theft or pilferage. For the convenience of the guest, safe deposit lockers are available at the Front Office. Please ensure that you room key is left at the Reception desk whenever you go out of the resort.
Treatment: Line of treatment, decided after a detailed consultation, is on Doctor's discretion. As per guidelines set by Ayurveda, certain treatments for women should not coincide with the first three days of the menstrual cycle. Refunds will not be provided if this occurs. Also, please let our schedulers know if you are a nursing mother.
Hazardous Goods: Storing firearms, cinema films (raw or exposed), explosives or any other article of combustible or hazardous nature in the residential rooms is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Drugs: Consumption or storage of drugs in any form is a legal offence and is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at the retreat.
Damage to retreat property: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the retreat property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
Pets: No dogs or any other pets are allowed into the retreat premises. The retreat also does not allow guests to feed dogs or any other animals that may stray into the retreat premises.
Management rights: The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person into the retreat premises or to request any guest to vacate their room at any moment, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacate the same when requested to do so. In case of default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the guest concerned from the room occupied by the guest.
Management & the Guest: Nothing here in above shall constitute or deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub tenancy or any right or interest in the retreat premises or any part or portion thereof in favour of any guest or resident or visitor, and the management shall always be deemed to be in full absolute possession and control of the whole of the retreat premises.
Government rules & regulations: The guests are requested to observe the government rules & regulations that may be enforced and amended from time to time in respect to registration, alcoholic drinks, drugs, firearms, etc.
Amendments: The above rules have been laid down to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. The management reserves the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms and conditions and any other rules at any time without any notice.
General: Our staff is on duty 24 hrs for assistance. In case of emergency, you can contact Security/ Resident Doctor.
Do not leave hand baggage unattended.
Kindly abide by the instructions displayed for using service and facilities provided by the retreat.
Unregistered & Non residents are not allowed beyond 19:00 hrs in the guest rooms.
Please deposit the key at the front desk before checking out.
